Frequently asked questions

Is it safe for my models’ accounts?

Yes. Each model runs in its own isolated session with a dedicated proxy, so accounts never overlap. If a proxy stops responding, Leeward replaces it on its own. Sessions are stored encrypted, and chatters work in an account without ever seeing the model’s login or password.

How do I pay?

Monthly per model, or 3–6 months ahead — see pricing. You top up your Leeward balance with crypto, and models are paid from it. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Can I cancel?

Yes. There are no automatic charges: a model’s next period starts only when you pay for it. A paid period that has already begun is not refunded. Details are in the refund policy.
